Registration is reserved for representatives from companies in the pharmaceutical, medico-technical, and in vitro diagnostic industries only.
The registration deadline is November 29th 2024.
Dear participant in the 2025 Annual Scientific Meeting of the Danish Society for Clinical Microbiology March 21st and 22nd.
We kindly request you to complete the provided application form. On this application form one registers as a company, not as an individual.
A total of 24 exhibition stands will be available. A map of the exhibition hall can be found here.
All lodging and catering for industry representatives will be arranged and invoiced directly through Hotel Nyborg Strand. Please follow this link to book lodging and catering.
After registration is complete you will receive a confirmation email. We will forward the assigned exhibition stand after receiving payment.
Please note that it is not possible to issue refunds after we have received payment.
Payment options include credit card, mobile pay and international invoice/EAN-invoice.
